Video and audio files
Import, thumbnails, preview, montage and export run in your browser, on your device. The app has no server-side media upload or processing service. Original media is not embedded in saved project files.
Device storage
Language preferences and saved project structures use localStorage. A project may contain file names, selections, text, subtitles and editing settings. A functional cookie stores the preset, ten EQ bands and audio visualization for 180 days; it contains no media or analytics identifiers. Project files and exports are saved at your request. Clear site data in your browser settings; manage downloaded files separately on your device.
Analytics and advertising
We use self-hosted Umami for aggregate visit and editor control statistics, only after you allow statistics. We do not send file names or contents, projects, text, subtitles, URL queries or fragments. Umami processes technical connection data for these statistics; we do not use personal identifiers, analytics cookies or session recording. Analytics data older than 180 days is removed automatically. Decline or withdraw consent through Help → Statistics preferences; browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected. Google Analytics, Tag Manager and advertising scripts are not installed.
Hosting and document completion
The server delivers the app and public pages. The operator’s full legal identity, hosting details, any technical logs, recipients, retention and applicable procedures still need confirmation before this draft becomes the final policy. Send questions to the privacy address above.
