Terms of use — draft
Working draft · complete before launch
Draft terms of use for Video Editor, operated by cucucugol.
Service and operator
Video Editor is operated by cucucugol. Contact: contact@cucucugol.ro. The editor processes video and audio locally and exports files on your device.
Your media and projects
Use only materials you have the right to use and keep your originals. A .veproject file contains editing instructions, not embedded media. Reopening it requires reconnecting the originals. Closing the page ends the active session.
Compatibility and export
Compatibility depends on browser, device and codec. 4K, HEVC and hardware acceleration are not guaranteed on all configurations. Check exported files before using them or deleting originals. M4R contains AAC limited to 30 seconds; installing a ringtone is a separate step on an iPhone.
Finalizing the terms
The access model and any pricing have not been decided. The operator’s full legal details, availability, responsibilities and applicable procedures must be completed and reviewed before launch. This is a working draft rather than final terms.
